At the age of 15, Nima Hafezieh was accepted to Tehran Music School to pursue his academic education in piano performance and music composition, where he had many Piano recitals and ensemble performances in Music school. He studied classical Western composition and piano performance in Baroque, classical, romantic and 20th century styles. He received his degree in piano performance and music composition in 2011, and acquired associate degree in fine arts in 2012. Later, he applied for BA in music at the Tehran University of Art, and received the highest grade at the audition exam in composition and piano performance. On February  2017, he earned his BA degree in music composition.

His Piano Performance is under the supervision of Tamara Dolitze and M. Reza Laka, and his music composition is under the tutelage of M. Reza Tafazzoli, Dr.  Amin Honarmand, Karen Keyhani and David Jafari. He has worked as a composer since September 2009 and also as a music instructor from April 2012. He Also is working as music transcriber and editor, and music education advisor in support of the blind musicians and students. and has cooperated with Association of Blind Students and Graduates in Iran since 2013. A well-educated musician, Nima’s most important talent is in piano improvisation in classical and contemporary music.

Currently, he is planning to pursue his education in musicologyand composition as a Major with minor in chamber music performance and Baroque, and contemporary music studies.
